     Introduction:Food is one of the great pleasures of life, but if you eat too much of something, it could be bad for your health. Eating healthy is the key: a balanced diet is one that is delicious and also good for you.Many people follow a special diet for religious reasons, for example, consume Halal food.Eating is the ingestion of food, typically to provide a heterotrophic organism with energy and to allow for growth.


    Healthy diet:A balanced diet should also provide the correct amount of calories  to avoid overweight. Many people think that a high fiber diet is the best way to control weight because it makes you feel satisfied. In general, a diet low in sugar or salt is better for the health of most people, so fast food should only be a pleasure. Fungi digest organic matter outside their bodies as opposed to animals that digest their food inside their bodies.Feeding is an important part of our life.A balanced diet, the usual practice of physical exercise and a healthy lifestyle generally play a fundamental role in maintaining good health, both physically and psychologically.
